Mark your calendars: These are Chicago’s top real estate events next week

Mark your calendars for three real estate  industry events in Chicago next week.

On Wednesday, Bisnow is hosting its National Industrial & Logistics Midwest from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Loews Chicago O’Hare Hotel, 5300 North River Road. The event will feature panels ranging from “Investment & Capital Markets” to “Tech Disruptors.” Marshall Loeb of EastGroup, Jim Martell of Logistics Property Company and Ferdinand Seefried of Seefried Industrial Properties will be among the speakers at the event.

Also on Wednesday, Urban Land Institute Chicago is hosting its YL Small Group Discussion Series from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at River Point, 444 West Lake Street. The event is part of a series of three group discussions about development opportunities in Chicago. The first session will take place on Wednesday and will focus on Fulton Market. It will be led by Chang Lee of Sterling Bay. The event is only open to Urban Land Institute members under age 35.

On Aug. 6, the NAIOP is hosting its annual members-only golf outing event from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Butterfield Country Club, 2800 Midwest Road in Oak Brook. The event will feature a day of golf, networking and fun.
