Mark your calendars: These are Chicago’s top real estate events next week

Two real estate industry events are on the calendar next week in the Chicago area.

On Wednesday, ULI Chicago is hosting an event on Real Estate Debt Strategies at HFF, 150 North Riverside Plaza, Suite 2500 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. This event is the final part of a three-part series. The guest speaker is Richard Flohr of CrossHarbor Capital Partners, who will give an overview of various real estate debt products, while also highlighting the current trends.

On Thursday, Bisnow is holding an event on the Future of Chicago Suburbs at Schaumburg Towers, 1450 American Lane in Schaumburg from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The event will include a discussion of the current state of the Chicago suburban market. Speakers include Liz Holland, CEO of Abbell Associates, and Jason Koehn, president of Albion Residential.
