A residential broker from Chicago will be one of the suitors vying for the affection of “The Bachelorette” on the next season of the reality TV show.
Dustin Kendrick of @properties’s Goose Island office was revealed as one of the competitors who’ll be trying to win “Bachelorette” Hannah Brown’s affections during Season 15 of the show, which starts May 13, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The first meeting between Kendrick and Brown aired during Tuesday’s finale of “The Bachelor” — and his bosses at @properties probably hope his pitches in real estate are a little more smooth.
“I’m so nervous right now,” Kendrick said to Brown, according to the Tribune. “Cheers to the start of a wonderful beginning. Um, blah blah blah blah. An amazing journey and for us getting to know each other and also hopefully us choosing each other every single day.”
Brown, who hails from Alabama, was selected to be “The Bachelorette” after last season’s “The Bachelor” Colton Underwood picked Cassie Randolph instead of her.
Kendrick grew up in Marion in far southern Illinois and attended Northeastern Illinois University, according to the Tribune. [Chicago Tribune] — John O’Brien
