Mark your calendars: These are Chicago’s top real estate events next week

There are two real estate industry events on the calendar next week in Chicago.

On Tuesday, NAIOP is holding an event on coworking at WeWork, 515 North State Street from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. This event will feature discussion emphasizing why coworking is a trend that is changing the course of commercial real estate. Beth Moore of WeWork and Bill Rogers of JLL will be among the speakers at the event.

On Wednesday,  Marcus & Millichap and IPA are hosting the Sixth Annual Multifamily Forum Chicago at the Mid-America Club, 200 East Randolph Drive, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. In partnership with GreenPearl, the hosts will offer networking opportunities and a discussion on the outlook for the multifamily market. Daniel Levin of the Habitat Company will be the keynote speaker.

Also on Wednesday, Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management is hosting its Sixth Annual Real Estate Conference and Venture Competition at Kellogg Global Hub, 2211 Campus Drive in Evanston from noon to 6 p.m. The event will feature panels on the latest development trends and a venture competition gathering student teams from around the world for a chance to win $100,000.
