Two real estate industry events are on the calendar in Chicago next week.
On Tuesday, the Chicago Real Estate Council is holding an event on Niche Operating Strategies at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 111 West Grand Avenue, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. the event will feature discussions of the latest innovations in proptech and co-working. Speakers include Jillian Brown of Convene and Mallory Salett of Industrious.
On Friday, REJournals is hosting its 16th Annual CIP Industrial Summit at the Hamburger University auditorium, 2715 Jorie Boulevard in Oak Brook, from 7:30 a.m. to noon. The event will feature networking and discussions on the latest market, financing and development trends. Brian McKiernan of Centerpoint Properties and David Friedland of Cushman & Wakefield will be among the speakers.
