Three real estate industry events are on the calendar in Chicago next week.
On Thursday, REIA is hosting its monthly breakfast meeting at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 111 West Grand Avenue, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The topic of the meeting will be the state of Chicago’s multifamily market. Speakers include Mark Stern of Cresset Partners and Nick Ryan of Marquette Companies.
Also on Thursday, Crain’s Chicago Business is holding its Real Estate Forum at the Standard Club, 320 South Plymouth Court, from 7:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The event will feature a presentation from Jim Letchinger, president and founder of JDL Development.
Lastly on Thursday, the Chicago Real Estate Council is holding an event on Convexity in the Chicago Office Market at the East Bank Club, 500 North Kingsbury Street, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event will feature a discussion on Chicago’s office market and the shifts in supply. Speakers include Bruce Miller of JLL and Andrew Davidson of MB Real Estate.
