Two real estate industry events are on the calendar in Chicago next week.
On Thursday, NAIOP Chicago is holding an event on How to Achieve Outsized Returns Through Alternative Approaches at The Estate by Gene & Georgetti, 9421 West Higgins Road, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. The event will feature a discussion on the rise of non-traditional investment opportunities in Chicago. Speakers include Wendy Berger of WBS Equities and Michael Brennan of Brennan Investment Group.
Also on Thursday, the Chicago Association of Realtors is hosting an event on Business Trends Impacting Global Opportunities at its headquarters, 420 North Michigan Avenue, from 9:30 a.m. to noon. This is the first in a series of events focused on assessing the trends that need to be evaluated in pursuing global opportunities. Andrew Spinelli of World Business Chicago and Vicky Silvano of Baird & Warner will be among the speakers.
