Mark your calendars: These are Chicago’s top real estate events next week

Three real estate industry events are on the calendar in Chicago next week.

On Wednesday, REJournals is holding its 2nd Annual Deconstructing Deconversion Summit at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 111 West Grand Avenue, from 7:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. The event will feature networking and a discussion on how deconversion is helping create new demand in the Chicago market. Speakers include James Hanson of Avison Young and Meghan Czechowski of Cushman & Wakefield.

Also on Wednesday, CREW Chicago is hosting an event on Lifestyle Hospitality Development Trends at the East Bank Club, 500 North Kingsbury Street, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The keynote speaker will be Oxford Capital Group’s CEO John Rutledge, who will discuss the latest hospitality developments in the area.

On Thursday, Bisnow is hosting an event on Chicago Construction & Development at the Skender Modular Factory, 3348 South Pulaski Road, from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. The event will feature discussion on how new developments and technology can potentially impact the Chicago industrial market. Speakers include Gary Pachucki of IBT Group and Heather Morrison of MAPS.
