Three real estate industry events are on the calendar in Chicago next week.
On Tuesday, the Chicago Association of Realtors is holding its Opportunity Zones Summit at the International Interior Design Association, 111 East Wacker Drive, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The event will feature a panel discussion on the utilization of Opportunity Zone incentives. Steve Glickman, CEO of Develop, will be the keynote speaker.
On Wednesday, Draper and Kramer is hosting a Panel Discussion on Gold Coast Architecture and Design Over Time at the Chicago Architecture Center, 111 East Wacker Drive, from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. The event will highlight the history of Gold Coast architecture and how it has influenced current design trends. Speakers include Darcy Bonner of Darcy Bonner & Associates and Laurence Booth of Booth Hansen. This is an invite-only event.
On Thursday, RE Journals is hosting its Healthcare & Medical Office Conference at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 111 West Grand Avenue, from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. The event will feature networking and a discussion of the obstacles facing the market. David Arnold of Irgens and Patrice Marks of Keller Williams will be among the speakers.
