Looking for the perfect place to watch next month’s Air & Water Show with 100 of your closest friends? An East Lake Shore Drive condo with a massive private terrace could be the perfect place — if you’ve got roughly $5.2 million.
The two-story, three-bedroom unit in a co-op building at 199 East Lake Shore Drive hit the market this week, according to Crain’s, and it comes with a 1,100-square-foot private terrace that has views of Oak Street Beach and points north.
The home is being sold by Deirdre Nardi, who with her husband, late commercial real estate exec Stephen Nardi, would host parties for up to 100 people during the annual aerial spectacular that unfolds practically right outside the front door, according to Crain’s.
Nardi said she couldn’t remember what the couple paid for the 4,200-square-foot condo in 2000, and public records don’t indicate either.
Janet Owen of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group has the listing.
