Here are the priciest Chicago listings from last week

Combined, the units are asking $17M

The owners of a mansion in Lake View are hoping that the third time really is the charm.

The home at 3826 North Wayne Avenue has been re-listed for the third time this year, in a market that lately has seen pretty limited success for luxury single family homes. Now on the market for $3.075 million, the residence is still ranked as one of last week’s five priciest listings in Chicago.

Only one of this week’s priciest listings, 351 W Huron Street, was a new construction condo, which have bolstered Chicago’s Downtown luxury market this year. Last week’s five most expensive home listings came from condo buildings in the Near North Side and Loop districts at the Heritage, the Pinnacle, and the Carlyle.

The five properties are asking for a combined $17.07 million. Price and property details were found using Redfin. Take a peek:

130 North Garland Ct., PH 5702 | Loop | $4.75 million

This 5,250-square-foot penthouse in the Heritage at Millennium Park, built in 2005, includes four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, two fireplaces, and a jacuzzi. The balcony and floor-to-ceilings windows provide views of the city, Michigan Lake, and Millennium Park. The listing agent is Linda Levin of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty.

21 East Huron St., #4401 | Near North Side | $3.3 million

This nearly 4,000-square-foot penthouse in the Pinnacle building includes three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace provide views of the city. The Pinnacle, built in 2004, is pet friendly with an indoor dog area, along with other amenities such as an indoor pool, a home theater, and gym that is currently under renovation.
