Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices’ Mario Greco had a busy week before Labor Day, claiming the top three listings to appear on the MLS. They’re not exactly newcomers to the market, though: the single-family homes have seen 12 re-listings between them since they first hit the market, as luxury single family homes have been slow sellers this year.

Only one of this week’s priciest listings was a new construction condominium, which have fared well in Chicago’s Downtown luxury market this year. Last week’s five most expensive listings came from condos in Loop and Near North Side and a single family residence in Lake View.

The listing information is from Redfin and property records.

With six beds, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a garage, a wine room, a sunroom, two fireplaces and three outdoor decks, the home is modern and bright.
