Here are the priciest Chicago residential sales from last week
Belgravia’s Renelle on the River claimed the top deal
North Wabash Avenue is having a moment. Renelle on the River sold two spankin’ new condos on its 15th and 16th floors for a combined $6.4 million, while next door, a Trump International Hotel & Tower condo sold for $2.9 million.
Meanwhile, two single-family homes told diverging stories: one sold at a loss after six re-listings and two price chops; the other defied the market, selling at a profit on its first listing.
