Renelle on the River finished construction in May and 32 of the 50 units have been pre-sold. The building offers a yoga room, a dog run, rooftop recreation lounge. After six relistings and two price chops, a single-family Lincoln Park home sold at a loss for for $3.12 million. The condo is the same size as the above property but cost $300,000 less than its upstairs neighbor. The suite offers three fireplaces, a recreation room, a breakfast room, and a great room. This three-bedroom four-bathroom home sold at an $87,500 profit since it last sold in 2014. The condo boasts 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, two fireplaces, a den, and five-star amenities.
