Here are the priciest Chicago residential sales from last week

Belgravia’s Renelle on the River claimed the top deal

North Wabash Avenue is having a moment. Renelle on the River sold two spankin’ new condos on its 15th and 16th floors for a combined $6.4 million, while next door, a Trump International Hotel & Tower condo sold for $2.9 million.

Meanwhile, two single-family homes told diverging stories: one sold at a loss after six re-listings and two price chops; the other defied the market, selling at a profit on its first listing.

403 N Wabash Ave Unit 16A | Near North Side | $3.33 million

A 16th floor condo at the brand-new Renelle on the River topped sales prices this week. The 3,434-square-foot condo has four bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a gallery, and a terrace with an outdoor fireplace. Renelle on the River finished construction in May and 32 of the 50 units have been pre-sold. The building offers a yoga room, a dog run, rooftop recreation lounge. 1908 N Dayton St | Lincoln Park | $3.12 million

After six relistings and two price chops, a single-family Lincoln Park home sold at a loss for for $3.12 million. The new-construction home, built by Hibernian Development, is all brick with a limestone facade. It features six bedrooms and five bathrooms. Outside, a walkout patio features a brick and limestone fireplace. Jeffrey Lowe of Compass represented the seller and Megan Tirpak of @ properties represented the buyer.

403 N Wabash Ave Unit 15A | Near North Side | $3.03 million

One unit downstairs from this week’s priciest listing, this four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom condo at Renelle on the River sold for more than $3 million. The condo is the same size as the above property but cost $300,000 less than its upstairs neighbor. The suite offers three fireplaces, a recreation room, a breakfast room, and a great room. 401 N Wabash Ave Unit 77D | Near North Side | $2.92 million

As its young neighbor fills up its units, Trump International Hotel & Tower sold a 3,102-square-foot condo for almost $3 million. This three-bedroom four-bathroom home sold at an $87,500 profit since it last sold in 2014. The condo boasts 10-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, two fireplaces, a den, and five-star amenities. Chezi Rafaeli of Coldwell Banker Residential represented the seller and Kimberly Jones of Baird & Warner represented the buyer.

3310 N Leavitt St | North Center | $2.7 million

This Osterhaus McCarthy-designed single-family home has six bedrooms, and 6.5 bathrooms. The double lot has a stacked limestone exterior and multiple outdoor spaces with a hot tub, a fireplace, and a garden. Inside, the three-floor residence has exposed brick, an iron staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows, four fireplaces, and cathedral ceilings. It also boasts a mudroom, an office, a recreation room, a media room, and a home gym. The property defied a soft market for luxury single-family homes, selling on its first listing for more than the previous owners paid in 2016.
