The priciest Chicago resi deals last week
Top trade was at Taris Real Estate’s 900 W. Washington Blvd.
Spankin’ new condos monopolized closed luxury sales last week. Of the top five deals to close last week, three were for condos in new buildings, totaling $11.3 million.
A Lincoln Park mansion ranked second priciest closed sale last week, but the deal might be tough to swallow for the seller. The expansive property sold at a $3.7 million discount after four re-listings and three years on the market.
