Two single-family homes in Lincoln Park round out the top 5

It’s Walton v. Walton v. Walton this week.

Three listings at two of the most desirable addresses in the city hit the multiple listings service in the last week. The two priciest units to go to market are resales at the Waldorf Astoria at 11 E. Walton Street, with a combined asking price of $11.75 million. A two-bedroom unit at No. 9 Walton priced at $3.3 million rounded up the Walton Street condo listings.

11 E. Walton St., Unit 4002 | Near North Side | $6.5 million

This 40th-floor condo unit at 11 E. Walton St. — better known as the Waldorf Astoria, and formerly The Elysian — last sold for $5 million in 2016. The unit was built in 2009 and spans 4,000 square feet. It features four bedrooms, 3.5 baths and has north and eastern exposure with lake views. There are two large terraces and a home theater could be converted into a fourth bedroom. It also comes with a garage spot and a valet spot. The pad is listed by Randi Pellar and Brenda Mauldin of Baird & Warner.

11 E. Walton St. Unit 4802, | Near North Side | $5.25 million

There’s competition at the Waldorf Astoria. Like its neighbor at unit 4002, this penthouse on the 48th floor features over 4,000 square feet of living space. It has three bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The apartment features a chef’s kitchen, fireplace and private balcony. A parking space is included in the offer. There are a total of four units priced over $4.7 million at the Waldorf Astoria. 9 W. Walton St., Unit 1402 | $3.3 million | Near North Side

The Chicago condo king takes the fourth spot on our list of top listings this week. This unit at No. 9 Walton spans 2,250 feet and features two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It appears to be a sponsor unit. The apartment features floor-to-ceiling windows, a large terrace for entertaining and a separate den that could be an office or guest quarters. It’s listed with Susan Miner of Premier Relocation, Inc.

2126 N. Lincoln Park West. | $3.19 million | Lincoln Park

This single-family home features four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, and was recently price-chopped. The home spans 4,500 square feet and has a two-car garage, three terraces and crown molding throughout.
