Here are the priciest resi listings in Chicago from last week

All of the top five are listed for under $4M

The three priciest residential listings to hit the Chicago market last week were all single-family homes in Lincoln Park. But none of the contenders are listed above $4 million.

Two of the properties listed are currently under construction and are projected to be finished by 2020.

Built in 2011, this 6,200-square-foot home has only been lived in a few weeks out of the year. The house has six bedrooms, 5.5 baths and two fireplaces. This newly constructed single-family home designed by Northworks is almost tied with the top spot this week, listed at $3.9 million. The 5,500-square-foot home has five bedrooms, 5.5 baths and a three-car garage. Located at Sandz Development’s Webster Square project this property is expected to be completed by spring 2020.
