Single-family homes dominate the top of the market this week.

The priciest listing to hit the MLS over the past week is a penthouse at the only condominium built in Lincoln Park in over 50 years. The home at 2550 North Lakeview is one of two condos on the list; the rest are single-family homes. Similar to last week, all of the properties are located in Lincoln Park and North Shore.
