Here are the priciest resi sales in Chicago this week

Most of the top deals are for newly renovated single family homes.

The priciest home to sell this week is a four-bedroom condo in Belgravia Group’s newly constructed Renelle on the River that went for more than $3.35 million. The other sales are of single family homes ranging from $2.6 million to just under $1.6 million.

The five most expensive homes sold for a combined $11 million.

Price and property details were found using Redfin, from Nov. 30 to Dec. 6.

403 N. Wabash Ave., PHA | $3.35 million | Near North Side
This nearly 3,500-square-foot condo in Belgravia Group’s Renelle on the River building features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The 50-unit condo tower offers many amenities to residents, including a private yoga room in the fitness center, a dog run and a rooftop lounge with a game room, a media room, indoor and outdoor kitchens and an outdoor terrace with a fireplace. It was initially listed for just over $3.2 million in October 2017, around the time construction began, and sold for more than $3.3 million on Thursday, according to Redfin. 2238 N. Magnolia Ave. | $2.6 million | Lincoln Park
Built in 2013, the most impressive features of this five-bedroom single family home are its wine closet and heated sidewalks, front steps and rear patio. It previously sold for just over $3 million in June 2014. The buyer got a discount on the property; it was asking $2.9 million when it was first listed in September. Cheryl Reimer of Mark Allen Realty handled the listing. Debra Dobbs of @properties represented the buyer.

1428 W. George St. | $1.8 million | Lakeview
This six-bedroom, seven bath single family home has a penthouse comprised of one bedroom, a wet bar and a rooftop deck. The house was purchased for $620,000 in March 2015 and then renovated and flipped for over $1.8 million in June 2016, according to Redfin. Robin Phelps and Amber Kardosh of @properties represented the seller, while Joseph Kotoch of Compass represented the buyer.

1647 N. Wolcott Ave. | $1.675 million | West Town
At nearly 5,000 square feet, this single family home in Bucktown has six bedrooms and six baths. It offers multiple outdoor spaces, including a garage deck with a pergola and a rooftop deck with city views. It previously sold for $1.7 million in October 2014. Jeff Lowe of Compass represented the buyer and seller.

2019 W. School St. | $1.6 million | North Center
This five-bedroom, six bath single family home is a newer construction in Roscoe Village.
The 4,200-square-foot home was built in 2016, when it previously sold for $1.7 million.
