The owner of Prime & Provisions has inked a lease for a new restaurant at a Thor Equities-owned building in Fulton Market.

DineAmic Hospitality will occupy in 8,000 square feet at 905 W. Fulton Market, at Mondelez International headquarters, Thor confirmed. Crain’s first reported the lease deal. The restaurant — its name was not released — is scheduled to open next year, according to Crain’s.

The amount was not revealed but the asking price on the space was pegged at $100 per square foot, a source told The Real Deal.

Mondelez inked its space for 77,000 square feet in January.

Thor has a strong foothold in the Fulton Market area. This lease announcement comes on the same week it landed a $144 million construction loan to build a new tower nearby.

Representing DineAmic was Dan Pedemonte of GDP group and George Stanchfield represented Thor.
