To end 2019 and begin 2020, all five of the priciest homes that sold in Chicago were on the North and West sides. The group ranged in price from just over $1 million to just over $3 million. Two homes on the list are in Logan Square, two are in Lincoln Park and one is in Lakeview.
Only one condo made the top five: a three-bedroom unit on the 51st floor, located on the far north end of the Magnificent Mile.
Combined, the homes sold for $9.1 million, slightly above the previous week’s $8 million total.
