January was not a kind month for luxury home sales in Chicago.
How low did it go? The five priciest homes that sold in the last week totaled $6.4 million, marking the lowest total for the month.
Each home sale just surpassed the $1 million mark, and combined for about $1.5 million less than the previous week’s total.
This week’s top sales were a mix of single-family dwellings, condos and townhomes on the North and West Sides.
Price and property details were found on Redfin, from Jan. 24 to 31.
