The five priciest residential sales in Chicago last week included three homes on the Near North Side. A 44th-floor condo unit at Related Midwest’s One Bennett Park tower took the top spot.
The list included two condos, two houses and a townhome and combined for $10.5 million. That was well below the week before — $16.4 million — but above the $6.4 million total for the end of January.
Price and property details were found on Redfin, from Feb. 7 to 14.
