The Chicago luxury sales market remained relatively stable last week amid the global pandemic, with the five priciest homes selling for a combined $10 million just above the previous week’s total.
Single-family homes dominated the most recent list, with four selling on the North Side — two in Lincoln Park and two in Lakeview. The other was a penthouse condo in the West Loop.
All of the properties sold for between $2.8 million and $1.7 million.
Price and property details were found on Redfin, from March 13 to 20.
