Trestle Fulfillment has expanded into more than 78,000 square feet of space in Bloomingdale, IL.
The fulfillment company signed a 10-year lease in the Prologis-owned Bloomingdale Business Center at 300 Madsen Drive. In doing so, Trestle doubled its size in two and a half years.
“I wanted to make it as easy as possible for Trestle to be able to expand their rapidly growing business when I represented them a little over two years ago and Prologis was able to help us fulfill those expansion needs,” Cawley Chicago’s Andrew Maletich said in a statement. Maletich represented Trestle Fulfillment in the transaction.
Cushman and Wakefield’s Al Caruana, Britt Casey and Jeff Matella represented the landlord.

New buildings are also expected to hit the market. By the end of the second quarter 57 industrial properties — 30.1 million square feet — were under construction.
