Former NBA player Alec Peters is selling a condo unit at Belgravia Group’s River North luxury development Three Sixty West in Chicago, the Real Deal has learned.
Peters, a former player for the Phoenix Suns, is looking to part ways with Unit 8B, a two-bed, two-and-a-half-bath apartment on the eight floor. The asking price for the home is $1.26 million. It is currently on sale as a private listing.
Peters, who played college basketball for Valparaiso, was drafted 54th overall during the 2017 NBA Draft. He played for the Phoenix Suns during the 2017-2018 season before moving to Europe. He currently plays for Baskonia, which competes in the EuroLeague and the Liga ACB in Spain.
The listing adds to the deal sheet involving professional basketball players in Chicago. In October, former Chicago Bulls forward Scottie Pippen sold his Highland Park mansion for $1.8 million. The home had been on the market for more than five years and had undergone several price cuts. During the same month, DeMar DeRozan, fresh off signing a three-year, $85 million contract with the Bulls, was identified as the buyer of a $4.5 million River North mansion that was owned by Michael Jordan’s ex-wife.
Three Sixty West is an 11-story residential building at 360 West Erie Street. The development, completed in 2017, contains a total of 38 apartment units. The property has features such as a fitness room, a dog run and a rooftop lounge. All of the units in the building have been sold, according to Belgravia Group’s website.
Belgravia Group has projects in Illinois and Arizona. In Chicago, its development portfolio amounts to 2,500 homes. Its Chicago properties include C6 in the West Loop, the Triangle Square Condos in Bucktown and Renelle on the River in River North.
Compass’ Rafael Murillo, the broker in charge of the listing, declined to comment.
