Mario Greco’s group at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Chicago is getting some fresh talent in Chicago’s northwest suburbs.
MG Group has made a push into Park Ridge, bringing on Nikki Allen as an agent to lead the group’s expansion into the suburb, according to a company release. With the move, Greco, one of Chicago’s top brokers, gained another foothold in the suburbs and grew his now 20-member team, its website shows.
A native of Chicagoland, Allen is also a photographer and owns her own creative firm, according to her LinkedIn page. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2017 and has been a real estate investor since then, according to BHHS Chicago. Allen’s family is also a co-owner in Davies Home Services, a home renovation company local to Park Ridge, and she has also worked in the downtown hospitality and restaurant scene, having helped open several restaurants.
“Her entire family is immersed in the community, so when this opportunity arose, we didn’t hesitate,” Greco said.
Greco’s group is one of the top five performing teams in Chicago, according to The Real Deal’s rankings from last year. It did more than $150 million in sales volume with 239 deals.
Allen is not the only agent on the move. Mike Smith, formerly with Redfin, moved to BHHS’s Lincoln Park Clybourn office. Smith’s 2022 sales production exceeded $13 million while he was at Redfin. But a few weeks prior, the BHHS Lincoln Park branch lost agent Brian Pistorous to Compass.

He was with BHHS Chicago for more than six years and brought two agents with him to Compass. The team generated more than $50 million in sales volume over the past two years.
In March, Samantha Bauman and Raul Delgado Move Smarter team opened a new office in downtown Geneva, BHHS said. They expanded from an existing company office in Wheaton.
