This dataset includes all real estate worth $5 million or more issued in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties in April 2024, based on records from the clerks for each county.
The 88 loans were taken out on residential, office and industrial properties as well as vacant land. The dataset includes details on each transaction, including loan amount, the location and classification of the property involved, as well as borrowers and lenders.
