The largest and newest construction project underway in Miami is the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences, located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami.
The mixed-use project will span 1.7 million square feet.
The second-largest project is the Cipriani Residences Miami at 1420 S Miami Avenue in Brickell, which will be 1.3 million square feet.
