This dataset ranks the top brokerages in Brooklyn by headcount.
The Real Deal analyzed ta from the data from the New York State Secretary of State's office on current real estate broker licenses as of Dec. 15, 2023, selecting only those licensed as an "Associate Broker" or "Real Estate Salesperson" for a brokerage office in Kings County (Brooklyn). Multiple subsidiary firms were consolidated for franchises including Keller Williams, Century 21, Exit Realty and RE/Max.
The dataset includes the top 10 Brooklyn brokerages by headcount, as well as the full list of the 7,002 licensed agents working in the borough.
