This dataset ranks the top brokerages in Queens by headcount.
The Real Deal analyzed data from the New York State Secretary of State's office on current real estate broker licenses as of Dec. 15, 2023, selecting only those licensed as an "Associate Broker" or "Real Estate Salesperson" for a brokerage office in Queens County. Multiple subsidiary firms were consolidated for franchises including Keller Williams, Century 21, Exit Realty and RE/Max.
The dataset includes the top 10 Queens brokerages by headcount, as well as the full list of the 9,595 licensed agents working in the borough.
