Soho has become NYC’s most expensive neighborhood again after eight years.
Property Shark analyzed sale data from closed transactions to rank which neighborhoods in NYC were the priciest by the median sale price for Q3 of this year. Soho claimed the top spot with a median sale price of $4.3 million, followed by Tribeca at $3.9 million and Hudson Square at $1.9 million.
Only neighborhoods with more than five sales in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx were included. This leaves out Hudson Yards, which would’ve otherwise taken the top spot.
Cobble Hill in Brooklyn was the priciest non-Manhattan neighborhood to make the list, with median sales of $1.8 million.
