The source data for this ranking comes from the city’s ACRIS database of real estate transactions, including original mortgages (doc type “MTGE”) recorded between 8/1/24 and 8/1/25 in all five boroughs.
The dataset includes a ranking of the top 25 lenders overall, ranked by total volume. All rankings also include the deal count for each lender. There are 50,074 loans in this dataset.
