This dataset ranks the top 20 agents and teams in the Hamptons for 2023.
The source data for this ranking comes from The Real Deal’s analysis of MLS data provided by participating brokerages for homes sold between April 20, 2022 and April 20, 2023 in the towns of Amagansett, Bridgehampton, East Quogue, East Hampton, Eastport, Flanders, Hampton Bays, Montauk, North Haven, Quogue, Remsenburg, Riverhead, Sag Harbor, Sagaponack, Southampton, Speonk, Wainscott, Water Mill, Westhampton, Westhampton Beach and Westhampton Dune.
Teams were given credit for all the deals closed by all members. Both buy-side and sell-side deals were counted. Off-market activity was not included.
The dataset includes each agent/team’s rank, firm, total volume, deal count and contact information.
