This dataset ranks the top 20 brokerage firms working in the Bay Area.
The Real Deal analyzed deals where firms represented both the buy and sell sides from May 15, 2025 to May 15, 2026. The ranking includes deals that exceeded $100K and were in the Bay Area only. Counties included Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano and Sonoma. Listings include condo, co-op, single-family home and townhouse deals. Off-market activity was excluded. All ranked firms were contacted to verify data, not all participated.
The dataset includes the ranking, as well as each firm’s total volume, deal count and contact information.
