This dataset ranks the top 10 general contractors in the City of Dallas for 2023.
The source data for this ranking comes from The Real Deal’s analysis of new building permits issued by the City of Dallas from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023, including single-family, multifamily and commercial transactions.
The dataset includes each firm’s rank, number of projects, total estimated cost, total square footage and contact information. It also includes details on all 15,824 projects examined.
