Richard Charkham was named executive director of Colliers International. He has more than 19 years of legal and real estate experience, and has concluded more than 4 million square feet of transactions, including the relocation and expansion of The Economist Group’s U.S. headquarters. Prior to his work in the real estate industry, Charkham served as a lawyer in England and Israel for 16 years.

Delshah Capital named Jeffrey Bogino its senior vice president and managing director. He will be responsible for equity and debt investments and continuing development of the firm’s real estate private equity platform. Bogino previously served as vice president and director at Rockefeller Group Investment Management, where he was involved in all aspects of the investment management platform development.

Joseph Szabo joined Fisher Brothers as the managing director, head of operations. Szabo will oversee capital projects in the company’s existing building portfolio and manage daily operations. He previously served as the managing director of operations at Tishman-Speyer Properties, where he worked since 1987.

Miriam Harris joined Trinity Place Holdings as executive vice president. She will be based in the company’s new Manhattan offices when Trinity Place moves from New Jersey this summer. Harris previously served as executive vice president and co-head of the Real Estate Transaction Services Group for the New York City Economic Development Corporation, where she handled the 62-acre Willets Point redevelopment project, the Applied Sciences Project that led to the selection of the Cornell NYC Tech campus being built on Roosevelt Island, and the 1.9 million-square-foot Seward Park mixed-use development.

Danielle Garofalo was hired as director of digital marketing at TOWN, where she will be responsible for enhancing TOWN’s digital presence. She previously founded her own consulting firm, Noisecut Media, which focused on residential and commercial real estate professionals. Among her clients at the consulting firm were Sotheby’s and Christie’s affiliates and Warburg and Corcoran. Garofalo joined the company in conjunction with the launch of the new TOWN mobile app.
