Daniel Moore has joined The Rockefeller Group as executive vice president and head of urban development nationally. Moore was previously a managing director at Hines. 

Savills Studley has hired Melissa Marsh as senior managing director of occupant experience. She will continue to run PLASTARC, a consultancy she founded.

Time Equities Inc. has hired Paul Kelterborn as director of innovation and design, a newly created role.

Citi Habitats has hired Katie LoGatto as director of marketing and advertising. She came to the brokerage from Keller Williams NYC, where she oversaw all marketing, branding and advertising initiatives.

Thor Equities has hired Kristin Luciano as associate counsel. Luciano comes from Town Residential.

Kelly Lim has joined NYSE-listed Columbia Property Trust as vice president of its Eastern Region. He comes to the REIT from Rockwood Capital.

Ten-X, an online real estate marketplace, has hired Maureen Waters as chief marketing officer of its commercial division. She comes to the firm after serving as the head of real estate and asset management at Bill Gates Investments, the office that manages Gates’ personal fortune and the assets of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Architecture and design firm Perkins Eastman has promoted two New York-based designers to principal. They are Maureen Carley-Vallejo, who is the senior healthcare interiors leader across all offices, and Joanne Violanti, who is a leading member of the firm’s technical leadership committee.

Toni Haber has joined Compass, along with her four-member team, including her wife, Carol Burns, as well as team members Victoria Frost and Jared Brown. She is a 27-year veteran of Douglas Elliman.

CORE has hired Michael Guerra as sales manager for Brooklyn to spearhead the brokerage’s expansion into the borough. He comes to CORE from Brown Harris Stevens, where he spent five months.

Danielle Winick, the daughter of Winick Realty Group CEO Jeff Winick, has joined the retail real estate firm as a full-time associate. She will work alongside her father. Previously, she worked at the firm on a part-time basis.

Regis Roumila joins the Corcoran Group as a broker. The Paris native comes to the firm from Nest Seekers International.

Stribling & Associates has hired Stella Sberro-Cohan. Sberro-Cohan previously worked as an executive and business law attorney overseas.

Warburg Realty has hired Bill Kowalczuk and his partner Brett Compton. Kowalczuk was previously at Town.
