Developer LCOR has closed on a $33 million construction loan from Bank of America for a 142-unit, $69 million rental building. The Perkins Eastman-designed building is slated for completion in spring 2010. Building amenities will include an outdoor garden, fitness center, meeting room and on-site parking.
