The new owner of Beverly Hills’ iconic 8942 Wilshire La Peer Building wants to lease the entire property to a single tenant.
Ocean West Capital Partners has put the building on the market for lease with LA Realty Partners, with the goal of attracting a large corporation to take the whole space, the company revealed Thursday.
Asking rents were not immediately available.
The 83,000-square-foot building, at 8942 Wilshire Blvd., is currently undergoing renovations, with occupancy slated for the first quarter of 2016.
The distinctive property, which can by identified by the large outdoor sculpture by Eric Orr at its entrance, has detailed stone, glass and stainless steel interiors. – Katherine Clarke
