It’s not just pro ballers that can snag multi-million dollar homes.

Pro skateboarder Sean Malto has kickflipped and ollie-d himself into a $1.56 million pad in Sherman Oaks, The Real Deal has learned.

Malto, a 26-year-old Kansas City native sponsored by Nike, is one of the world’s top ranked boarders.

The one-story property, located on Valleyheart Drive North, totals nearly 3,000 square feet, has four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and a media room with six recliners. There’s a pool, spa and built in BBQ in the backyard.

Malto isn’t the first pro-boarder to fork over a few million on a California pad. Last year, Ryan Sheckler paid $2.5 million for a property in his hometown of San Clemente.

Karen Shahar of Rodeo Realty had the exclusive listing for Malto’s pad, while Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency represented the buyer.
