Lakers owner Jim Buss lists Downtown LA pad for $8.8M

Lakers co-owner Jim Buss wants $8.8 million for his penthouse at the Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. Live.

The sports mogul, who is the son of late Lakers owner Jerry Buss, bought the penthouse three years ago for $4.05 million, according to the LA Times.

The property, a nearly 4,300-square-foot pad with three bedrooms, has wide-plank wood floors, Swarovski chandeliers, a dining room and a study. It also comes with two parking spaces and access to the building’s rooftop swimming pool and fitness center.
