Even quintessential New Yorker Regis Philbin is getting in on the L.A. condo craze.

The T.V. host and his wife Joy have scored a Beverly Hills apartment at 460 Palm, a new development by Etco Homes, for $2.5 million, the L.A. Times reported.

Ernie Carswell of Teles Properties represented the Philbins, while Davina Potratz Medlock of Etco Homes represented the developer.

The three-bedroom, 2,700-square-foot pad has hardwood and ceramic tile floors and a wide veranda. [LAT] – Katherine Clarke
