The US Bank Tower’s new tourist observation deck will feature a 36-foot long glass slide that will allow thrill-seekers to slide from the 70th floor to the 69th floor along the outside of the building, landlord OUE Limited announced Tuesday.

The Skyslide, as it has been dubbed, will sit 1,000 feet up in the air. A ride will cost $8, according to Curbed.

The addition of the slide is part of a larger $50 million renovation to the L.A. tower’s upper floors. The renovation is slated to be complete later this year. [Curbed]Katherine Clarke
