Submarket Snapshot: Culver City’s condos

The 20 condo units that sold in Culver City in the fourth quarter averaged $836,375. They sold for an average of $545 a square foot, according to a report by the Agency. 

The condos sold for slightly less than 1 percent more than their listing price.

At the start of 2016, there were three condos on the market in Culver City, and the asking prices were lower than last quarter’s sales.

The condos were listed for an average of $700,000 of $484 a square foot.
