Los Angeles Clippers star DeAndre Jordan has listed his Pacific Palisades home for $12.895 million after owning it for just six months, according to the L.A. Times.

That’s despite inking a deal to stay with the Clippers in California rather than moving to the Dallas Mavericks as was widely rumored.

Jordan bought the 10,500-square-foot Cape Cod-style home, which is listed with Arrik Weathers of Coldwell Banker, for $12.7 million in September. It has a half basketball court, a wine cellar, a waterfall, a putting green, a home theater with stadium-style seating and a hidden passage with thumbprint entry.

There are seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. [LAT] – Katherine Clarke
