In a market where a lot of sellers are dropping prices, Max Azria is going against the grain.
The fashion guru has relisted his Holmby Hills mansion for $88 million after taking it off the market last winter, the Wall Street Journal reported. Its last asking price had been $85 million.
Azria has also switched brokers, swapping Jaime Cuevas, Mauricio Umansky and Billy Rose of the Agency for Alla Furman and Branden and Rayni Williams of Hilton & Hyland.
The 17-bedroom manse, which dates back to the 1930s, has 30,000 square feet of living space, a home theater, an office with a domed gold-leaf ceiling, a swimming pool and a Moroccan-themed pool house. [WSJ] – Katherine Clarke
