Condo prices in Hollywood proper, excluding the hills, seem to be on the rise. In the fourth quarter, 20 condos sold for an average price of $754,750, according to a report by the Agency.

They sold for an average of $532 a square foot, and for 2.85 percent above asking price.

Listing prices have been higher this quarter. At the start of 2016, 23 condos were listed in Hollywood for an average price of $875,474, or $605 a square foot.
