Submarket Snapshot: Single-family homes in Beverlywood

The average listing price at the start of 2016 inched up to $1.8 million

The 19 homes sold in Beverlywood in the fourth quarter traded for an average of $1.5 million, according to a report by the Agency.

The residences sold for an average of $667 a square foot, and at 1.1 percent more than their listing price.

At the start of 2016, 19 homes were listed in Beverlywood for an average listing price of $1.8 million or $771 a square foot.
