Movers & Shakers: Lee & Associates, the Agency and more

Lee & Associates, a national commercial real estate firm, has hired CBRE’s Robert Dubbins to join its West Los Angeles brokerage team. Dubbins spent 36 years at CBRE, where he focused on the sale of industrial-zoned land and commercial properties. His top deals include  the 80-acre Playa Vista land sale.

Jason Glasgow has been appointed the Agency’s new chief operating officer and  managing partner of the company’s new development group. Previously, he worked at a subsidiary of Westbrook Partners, the international private equity firm, as an executive vice president. He was there for six years. 

Gibson International has tapped Tara Rodgers-Culbertson as manager of its new Santa Monica office. The luxury real estate firm now has four locations in the greater L.A. area, including outposts in Brentwood, Pacific Palisades and Marina del Rey. Rodgers-Culbertson formerly worked as a realtor for Sotheby’s International Realty before moving to Gibson last year.
