Entertainment company eOne, a specialist in the acquisition, production and distribution of film and television, has inked a 26,000-square-foot, five-year lease at the historic Harbor Building at 4201 Wilshire Boulevard, according to a statement from landlord Jamison.
The location will be home to eOne’s reality T.V. and music operations, which are relocating to the 250,000-square-foot building from Beverly Hills.
Industry Partners’ Carle Pierose represented the landlord in the transaction.
“Rental rate appreciation and low vacancy in Hollywood and on the west side has increasingly put Park Mile on tenants’ radar screens,” he said.
The Harbor Building was built in 1956 for J. Paul Getty’s Tidewater Oil Company. Jamison has owned the property since the late 1990s. — Katherine Clarke
